HUMANE PROCESSING

Ghandi once said that "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated."

At Cedar Springs Grass Fed farm we agree. As our cows reach their harvest age, we have become very concerned with the ethical treatment of animals in our country and are currently working with the Center for Agribusiness at the University of GA to study the feasibility of bringing the first Humane Certified, USDA inspected Mobile Processing Unit to the Southeastern United States.
